Company Profile

The South Carolina State-University Small Business Development Center assists in the collection of economic and marketing information relevant to the small business community.  The SBDC staff is available for technical advice and assistance to start-up or fledging businesses.

Client Consulting/Procurement

South Carolina State-University Small Business Development Center is one of four consortium centers in South Carolina.  The center offers a variety of services and management training courses tailored to meet the needs of small and medium sized businesses.

SBDC consultants are available to provide one-on-one consultation, analyze business operations, and assist clients in the preparation of business plans and loan proposals.

Procurement Specialist constitutes a part of the SBDC staff to assist in procurement opportunities with federal, state and local government contracts.

Consultants meet with business owners and managers to analyze problems and provide advice on start-up, growth, and problem resolutions.

All services by the SBDC are free.
